I figure this, Glenncore isn't going to pump $400M into a project without substantial guarantees. Would you?
I'm sure that they would require some help from the state so that some of that $400M could be kicked back to them in the form of an indirect infrastructure/development project that is near the mine e.g. highway, highway improvements, land clearing, electricity,
something that is close but not to close to where it would raise red flags with the Enviro-Libs-Dems.
I'm going to look at recently passed infrastructure bills and those behind those bills.
Any and all help is welcomed. The proof is there, we just need to find it and connect the dots
