A 15c-211 form would need to be submitted by a market maker to challenge an sec suspension. That will never happen. There is no "fixing" a grey sheet "problem" after a section 12k sec suspension. I hate to see false hope with these suspensions. It's painful to have a 100% loss in investment. It's over. The DBMM ticker will be deleted. The company had their warning and they did not comply. A 12k suspension is a last resort. There is NO turning back whatsoever


i talked to their sec atty , he says they are clients and that he talked to them but could not give me any information on wether he is going to do anything for them or not, because of client confidentiality agreements.
so where is your info that further solidifies that they are working to fix this grey problem and go current?
