4th page, (10) notes payable....read the last sentence in the paragraph for the conversion price...which is .001....Quite a large balance was left to go....Ubqu pays a little down in cash too as I recall...

4th page (11) shows about 200 ml shares converted at the .001 price during 2016....

The 2 t trades after hours are the "settlement" trades for the shares sold by them today....over 900k....

So each million converted sadly only pays off $1000 of the debt...crazy, but true.....


you'll notice that one of the t trade prices was lower than the lowest traded price all day...that is because the MM selling the shares for them takes out their commission/fees and deducts them out...

The noteholders are making 19x profit by selling at .02 or above....I gotta get in on this racket someday...it's like printing money....
