Empty, the reason why I have been more active the past three months and the last month even more so, is because management has done a good job and deserves some credit. Your post is not helping 
The odds that they would do the carve-out with the benefits going to the shareholders, AND, file financials on time, for a Chinese company, was close to zero. But they did it.
Marius can suck lollipops all day for all I care. I will get the dividend either way. But the truth has to be said IMO.
And if we don't get rewarded in the next month or two, then it will come at the time of IPO. But I think we have a pretty good chance. And that's all that matters. If we want the market to become more efficient (=fair) then it has to start with us, here, today.
