Uhhhhh there are plenty of examples of penny stock companies defaulting leases for over 6 months and not getting the boot. I also stated mortgage so the bank who holds the defaulted note could easily be many months behind and yet occasional payment to avoid foreclosure but not catching up total due is quite common. No different than how they handeled their SEC Reporting, there more 12-25Bs filed to delay the obvious. Just delaying the inevitable.
