Look up the filings and see the former ceo's error in how he issued stock to himself right after he RS the shareholders. So the new ceo raised the ss to have control but it doesnt mean it cant be restructured.

The loser mindset says things can't be done, and everything is lost. when in fact things are done everyday.

Imo it has to happen or else the ceo has no reason to ever bring it current so the shares are dead paper anyway...ceo has all the leverage. Not complicated
