May 24,25-Dreama finally remembered to email images of the cucumber row. More flowers have appeared, and I continue tying up vines to the fence to encourage them to trellis. I have finished sowing melon seeds, the last hill on the ledge with Charentais. The earliest melons leaves are growing larger. It won't be until late July for the first harvest. The watermelons will be ripe even later, mostly likely late August.

I decided to do some weeding since the rains have loosened the soil. Next is mulching with more leaves from under the railroad bridge. Every garden has a favorite weeding tool. I'll have Dreama make an image of it. Very ergonomic. Easier, actually than a garden hoe.
