That is a very dumb way to increase position, you will never see 8 cents, share price will continue to move in a sideway mode and spikes, breaking out of the sideway formation on news of $2.5 million equity financing closing. Then it will become more and more bullish as plant construction begins in 2 or 3 months as investors anticipate imminent influx of revenue. Buy back those shares now or you will be chasing after the surging price. Smart investors would find extra cash from short term trading in other yo-yo stocks to add to position, not by selling a potential stock and hoping to buy back at lower price. What if there will never be lower prices? Short sellers will suffer unlimited loss when share price spikes.
