A tip for the company.

This has been on my mind for some time.

If the information statement refers to the appraiser for Triway, then the SEC wants the company to disclose WHO the appraiser was, their "reputation", the cost involved. Stuff like that.

Here's where some of my experience could come in handy. And it could save us a couple of weeks. Perhaps we can get it right the first time.
