Once permits begin being pulled for development of Cielo Mar we will move up significantly. There was a stagnant point we hit for a long time before we even up-listed to QB but I added and waited patiently although frustrated wondering why it traded sideways so long and THEN my gains were significant and all worth the wait and these gains are holding if you haven't noticed?!

People aren't getting the fact that Jan has built-in incentives for builders to begin development with little to no upfront cost until pre-sales stages. THATS HUGE in the real estate world! Once surveys are complete and all protocol met to start generating developer interest we will see ground breaking movement. Not to mention the agricultural significance already producing revenue for us. We are just in the beginning stages. We have yet to crest the value PGUS will equate for shareholders! $$$PGUS
