Lowe removed any reference to Notis from his LinkedIn page early this year. I think I posted about it. At one time Lowe had a sizeble position in the stock. IMO I think he was conned by Vinny early on about what the company was going to be. Once Vinny had his money and could use his name (the Redbox connection) in promotions, Lowe was stuck and was just trying to recoup money thru BOD fees, etc.
