Ok well you don't stay in someones building for free I can promise you that. They might have defaulted on everything else but they will not stay in this building for years, legal or not legal. Its been years supposedly they have not made money. It doesn't happen. They are not a big company so there is no financial reason to let them ride anything out because "to big to fail". You either make it or you dont.
