It's very well hidden...I can't find it.
He and the other Directors have not reported changes in their holdings from year end to year end for a while. If they receive shares as your post implies they would have to have been flipping an equal number of shares within the year that the new shares were received.
There is no record of such issuances in the Statements of Shareholders Equity which generally reconcile to the outstanding balances.
I'd welcome some references to the statements or tables that led you to your belief. Even if I wanted to believe it I couldn't without some source material.
Here's all that the filings have to say about his compensation:
"Mr. Berman has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2003 and as Principal Executive Officer since August
2006. During the fiscal years ended December 31, 2014 and 2015 and through September 30, 2016, Mr. Berman has received no cash compensation. Mr. Berman has not received any form of compensation as a result of our limited cash flow; Mr. Berman has agreed to accept stock and stock option awards as his compensation until such time the Company
has the necessary resources available to provide a traditional compensation plan."
