When the court ruling is posted and it reveals that grounds exists to suggest TTCM received assets fraudulently or was complicit in a scheme to start a new company to avoid its liabilities and therefore is gonna get hit with that judgment, I think it is very relevant. Such a ruling may not impact a functional company with revenue and ability to absorb a hit like that. But, it could be the death knell for a fledgling company. I'm sure you can notice that even if not outright admit it. Optimism is great, but everyone needs to start being objective and at least mildly concerned if not outright concerned in order to make management actually do something about this. Because, if they don't, then I think that is pretty much the most solid evidence out there to suggest that this is the same scam with a different name. Any reasonable company with good intentions would handle the situation differently at this point.
