It's beyond my comprehension how a start up company without the proper funding would try and start any kind of business way off in another country with a well known corrupted political system.
Something is way out of normal here.
For what self interest does anyone have to gain from picking that particular location?
Does the CEO have any affiliation with the people there?.
And at this point who would want to be affiliated with this company?
If I was a outsider I think that I could figure out what's could be going on.
