The elements in question can be used for many different things... So I am guess Home Land is involved and yes I too have seen them filed... my question is the timing... if you notice they are talking about their 2017 projections in the beginning paragraph...so I am positive these elements are tied to some products being made or out sourced at the moment or are going to be made real soon.

Just thinking this bodes in our favor for a back up to the thought process regarding higher revenues for 2017
