Eh, no one knows when an SEC suspension is coming. The SEC is like cancer. They yell "surprise" and rip up everyone's money. Many OTC delinquent filers sit for too many years without the SEC doing their job (timely suspensions to protect the market from false news and promos). This suspension was obviously prompted by the name Asher being a successful plaintiff in a lawsuit. There was no way that the SEC was letting Asher run a shell stock.

What is funny is that Asher was awarded DBMM and now DBMM has no value. lol. Kinda of funny to see egg on Asher's face. I do sympathize with shareholders though. Everyone experiences their 1st SEC suspension, a costly lesson that makes for a brighter trader.
