Your second point about 17 investors investing at .40. I view this as a major positive. 17 accredited investors locked up $ at a price higher than its trading at. If it was 1 or 2 it could just be a stupid investor with a lot of $.
That's great your interested in transparency. Me as well and that's why I read the sec fillings. So much information.
Look at balance sheet. Spiraling debt is a massive overstatement.
I also see poster Alan Brochstein has amended his statement now saying public companies can do business but can't own a license in CO. this is a flip flop from saying that can't do business in the state period.
