eh yeah, but 1) not by an oilman, 2) not under the circumstances that the technology has now actually been proven to work on two commercially operating pipelines, 3) not when the new CEO, who is an oilman, has filled the board with oilmen.

And we've seen that kind of language, but certainly not that kind of specific strategic direction from someone who actually knows what they're talking about.

I think this is a distinct break from all that has gone on in the past.

This is not to say that we're out of the woods or that it will absolutely be successful, but simply that it's certainly qualitatively different from any point previously.
