And the best is !!! this 5 Million he need for end of June, because he lost again 6 Million Dollar until this time.... so we know 100% that in July comes the next dilution of 6 Million Dollar in shares.... in October the same...again again and again !!!!!!!!!!!

the biggest shit is ...the SEC do on the market nothing against this type of deceiver....now on this time the SEC not exist more...when we look on the market, everybody do what he want....only impotent he fill up some stupid forms correctly, thats important !
in Europe so a company will closed by a SEC in a couple of weeks and send this automatic in the insolvency proceedings !!!!
