Another good controlled testing source is with a airport taxi service. A week or two and you'll have all your figures except for longer term weather changes.
For longer trips a week or two with a small out of town delivery service.
Testing for milage per gallon savings can be done in two days or less.
And then we have the Dynamo and so forth to throw in more technical figures.
