I became aware of Arch via a mailer sent out by one of these marketers. It was informative, professionally done, and it was effective. It caught my attention leading to doing DD and eventually deciding to get in.

This was four years ago, and I didn't consider it misleading or deceptive in the slightest. I'm confident, if naively so, that since that time corporate governance is more than sufficient.

AND...anyone calling this a pump and dump either has an agenda or just isn't paying attention.
