If you HAD Actually done any DD JT the new ceo just acquired the shell and ALL previous Management have been cut loose.. New shell to a New owner No suspension will be coming The NEW Owner (JT) is doing things in the proper fashion!

You need to look up the logistics of why co's get suspended from not being current.. its not about NOT BEING Current in itself it surrounds other aspects of the business while not being current.. educating oneself on the real rules goes a long way

You will need to to do better than that because NOW ALL OLD NEWS IS JUST THAT ITS OLD and its MOOT!

More SEC suspensions today for tickers with delinquent financials for 2015. Mr. Tilton is playing with fire now. He better have his auditors working overtime(means more money).
