When i say no debt i mean toxic notes or bad debt.
They did have debt and yes they did dilute to pay for the EV network. $670k
And to pay the legal team. $700k
But that has been cleared over a year ago and the notes are converted.
They currently have no toxic debt

Of course they have liabilities and other debt but they have always been profitable.
Buying the EV network was an investment and paying the legal team was unexpected.

And it is nice to have $50k in the bank just chilling.
