Do not invest in Dominovas Energy.

The leadership of this company engages in fraudulent PR activities reminiscent of an informational Ponzi scheme -- Pump & Dump. The past 10 PRs provide misleading information pertaining to projects that don't exist; financing that doesn't exist; and connections with foreign governments that don't exist.

In short, Allen and Watkins utilize the "safe harbor" loophole regarding corporate direction and objectives in order to publish misleading accomplishments that give a short term bump to stock price (at least they use to). This allows a known penny stock and hedge fund criminal, named John Fife--with whom the company is in collusion--to unload shares of the company during these artificial inflations.

Only recently the company authorized a reverse split and a huge increase in authorized shares to continue to repeat this process.
