Yea..... LOT $$ isnt needed till EOY minimally, and likely another year...

Unless you think the $2.5K - $5K reservation fee is effectuating the selling...

It's not.

Let's do some LOGICAL thinking on that...

WHO TIES UP $$ FOR 6-12 MONTHS UNECESSARILY THAT IS A "SOPHISTICATED" INVESTOR?
