I also sent Renee Brotherton an email at Flex to see if they are still engaged but there has been no reply. I checked LinkedIn and apparently Renee has held his position at Flex for 10 years now so he should still be knowledgeable.

But this certainly isn't looking good. Can they just let existing shares become worthless so they can discard them and then issue new shares? Or are there laws against that?
