First of all, their earnings are much higher than that, but they choose to pay down debt, expand the network, and they took a sizable depreciation write down.

And their assets are considerable! They own the Chicago Charging Network which is worth millions!

Maybe a better question is how can companies on the pink sheets with no revenues, massive losses, and no actual offices have $100m+ market caps?
