Penny stock do not need super preferred shares to conduct business! It is not comprehensible that they would authorize an additional
100MILLION shares(on top of the proposed common raise) of preferred stock and give the keys to a new BOD and CEO who hasn't proved anything but his willingness to share his business space and bring in some of his cronies.
