......THE HONORABLE JUDGE KIMBERLY HAYNES TYSON................might have been the problem with this uwbi BK..........she didn't do squat.......except for sending out bogus, padded billing statements..........

.....granted, the FDIC controls all of uwb/uwbi but kimmie was dead wood.......until she grabbed the whole $4mm ITR and it was BS who did that dirty...........worthless POS..........but the ITR issue: we won and the FDIC appealed the decision........is causing more delay and problems.....so FU again, JUDGE...........
