Actually they only have about $6MM in debt (which still implies a TON of future dilution). The $56MM is "accumulated deficit" which, rather than debt, roughly means "the amount of your money we have p*ssed away thanks to your buying our stock and allowing convertible dilution since starting this sham." But it's not debt - that much convertible debt would be at least 112 billion shares. "Thankfully" 6MM in debt "only" means at least 12 billion shares to come during the next year!
