Just saw that the company's Strategic Advisor, David Kovacs was also CFO-EVP Strategic Development for Breitling Energy who was charged by the SEC for $80 million oil & gas fraud scheme. It is coming up on one year since these charges were made. Will be interesting to see how Mr. Kovacs fits in here.
