Then why don't you give a reasonable explanation as to why in the 10K audit CAMPO certified these statements as true?
"The above listed officers and directors are not involved, and have not been involved in the past five years, in any legal proceedings that are material to an evaluation of their ability or integrity."
"No director or executive officer has been convicted of a criminal offense within the past five years or is the subject of a pending criminal proceeding. No director or executive officer has been the subject of any order, judgment or decree of any court permanently or temporarily enjoining, barring, suspending or otherwise limiting his involvement in any type of business, securities or banking activities. No director or officer has been found by a court to have violated a federal or state securities or commodities law."
