When the stock was trading at $.40 and they were awaiting the Texas MJ license selection I asked Chad how on earth could Alamo CBD be worth $10 million of his shareholders money. His answer was basically that the value was based on getting the Texas license more or less.

So now that they haven't been selected...and CO is meaningless to INQD from an acquisition perspective, there is nothing that supports that valuation.

It will be interesting to see what revisions are made to the agreement...if it is still even workable.
