VOTE: NO on Proposal 3

A big group of investors is voting No on 3. We are asking all other investors to going us to vote NO.

Proposal 3 is to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock and create and authorize shares of preferred stock of the Company.

We think 300M to 500M is too much and are only willing to vote yes on revised proposal for only 400M.

We are asking all those in agreement with us to send investor relations a this message:

I intend to vote NO on proposal 3. However I am willing to vote YES if the proposal is revised to increased authorized shares to only 400 Million.
