Because of this some investors become aware of or can reasonably infer material events before the actual announcement. The buying or selling motivated by those with "early awareness" produces patterns that can be exploited by those even if they are not in the "inner-circle. A valid breakout is proposed by TA as one way to do this.

It is my contention that the break reflects an increasing belief that a positive material bullish event will occur. I also contend that this will be results reported by Dr. Moffat.
