As that is not what the most recent quarterly report actually said,... the criticism being made here must be taken with a serious grain of salt.

Is their recent filing that says they'll need 1kg of HSV'cide to complete tox supported or unsupported?

What actually was said was (page 29 btw)

We have estimated, in consultations with BASi and other consultants, that approximately 500g~1kg drug product would be needed for the safety/toxicology study of our first drug candidate expected to go into clinical trials, namely, a topical skin cream for the treatment of shingles.

So yes - that criticism is definitely unsupported.

The statement made in this (repeated) post was (of course) made to emphasize the 'worst case scenario' in the quarterly report - and of course to make the worst possible case against NNVC.

But - as per usual - think what you want and make your own investment decisions.
