Exactly....I only believe things I can confirm with a creditable source...
Stories abound....but that does not mean they are true.
It's especially difficult to believe stories from CEO BSeth Shaw, Thomas Graham aka "Mr. BOD", or the paid consultant John Cesario.
All of these people have lied in the past.
There is PROOF in the history of this board.
Once someone lies, I can never believe anything they say again.

Pretty funny that yesterday "jury selection" was said to be "in July"...
Yet later that was walked back...
Apparently there is no proof that it will even be a jury trial.
Surely BSeth would have said something in the PR if a jury trial was a sure thing
+ Rawman pointed out that jury selection would not be months before the trial...

So how are we to believe anything that is said?
No one associated with this CONpany is credible.
