At this juncture as big as this story portrays itself to be,I can not
believe Juan Guillarmo Torres Fuentelba is on his own in the strategy of loosing case after case!
Bait and draw in the opponent is my understanding of the strategy. Compromise after compromise by Nieto making it up as goes along and selling it to the courts via Bank of Chile funds to get correct rulings,who knew!
