There's always some that's left in the can that I have to throw away. I'm adding a bedroom and bath next summer and will remember that and save some dough.

The inspector is not quite a good friend but I've known him for
years. As a matter of fact he lives a few streets down the hill from me. At today's inspection he told me he purchased a book from Amazon that I had written about a popular California TV personality. He wants me to autograph it when he drops by for the sheathing inspection. I just may do that to keep him happy. :)
