There is of course no requirement that either Tmmi or Dimension provide financial statements to the Nevada Secretary of State. But we can see Tmmi's filed with the SEC. As Dimension is not a public company, they don't have to file with the SEC, but you'd think if they were thriving, there would be some evidence of someone somewhere in the world using some Dimension product, and singing its praises.
Yes, I know, there's Cloudncode and the partnership with Seqala (Tore Jorgensen) but there's not a lot of there there.
