I think you are confused on which people are twisting the facts here.

I'm pretty sick with people coming in here twisting the facts completly making this company looking like shit.



TODAY, the stock closed at $1.54 that is 5.9 cents pre-split.

And what has happen here since "He got us on Nasdaq for F*** sake, he got a profitable company to sell to a company that had NO MONEY on the banks but only a good idea."

We went from $4.25 a share to $1.54 over not one but two down years during the biggest bull runs in the market history.

And how did he get the money to buy those 3 companies? He lied to share holders that a working cell was only a manufacture partner away.
As late as DEC 2014 he was still using the cell to entice new investors to buy shares even though he knew the cell was no longer a company priority and manufacturing would not be as easy as he thought.

Even in June 2016 they gave you a false impression that they were working with a manufacture on the cell.
