I don't see how 'hiding' who they chatted with at NAB from the courts is of much interest to the courts on the question of whether the trial judge was wrong to disallow fees and award modest costs. Neither Dimension nor Tmmi has an obligation to report all their activities to the courts. (But Dimension sure is good at concealing all its vast success from anyone looking to find indications of it online)

I think this is Shadow trying to look like he has something important to contribute.
