The co. has been taken over by the debt holders, as they lent and are owed millions. Now with control of co. their object is to wipe out all shareholders. They have from reverse of last summer at $4.40 to todays prices. They are doing nothing illegal, the longs are just on the wrong side, and happens with hundreds of co's everyday. If u bought at todays prices 0f .0223, u will be down another 40-60% by end of next month.
