The commons might very well go down the drain. It is certainly looking like that. But understand this. This case is marked. There will be a reckoning. The Board of Directors was and is complicit with the Fraud that took place here and is still taking place currently via equity cramdown. Most know there is far more equity here than what the Debtors are testifying. The fact they did not have to show their books does not preclude them doing so in the future. There will be a reckoning. There will be an accounting. Heads will roll. This is not going away. Too many good folks are getting burned here. The truth will be told.
