Why is LIGA DIFFERENT (and it is) from the majority of OTC stocks?

Well, because the company has literally done everything to be a real, transparent and honest company. It has signed agreements, it has made AMAZING new acquisitions, it has filled its tax filing forms how it should, kept in touch with shareholders and has played by the rules which is very VERY hard to find these days. It will also host it's second annual LIGA Conference in Nashville which is a really big deal because that's how people get to know LIGA and what she's capable of. This and much more.
In my honest opinion, a company wouldn't go through all of this just to lie and then have a bad reputation and face legal problems.
This isn't going to be one of those companies you ride till she runs and hop off when she's done, because LIGA isn't that kind of company. She's not stopping, she's growing and growing to be a keeper with continued and substantial revenue growth.

This is a lottery ticket which I have been lucky enough to get my hands on. I understand the healthy level of skepticism among investors on the board, it's natural and normal since it's hard to trust something we don't quite know or fully comprehend its extent and the growth it could have worldwide.
But as Aric Simons, Chairman of Lig Assets, Inc., stated:
"LIGA will not simply announce deals, it will prove their value."
