Judge ruled 3 times that TECO's attorney rubbish arguments was unreceivable

That's TECO's attorney that was tossed out 3 TIMES folks !



Henry Klein is not nor ever was Treaty's attorney.

The Honorable Andrew Kramer represented Treaty in the SEC case which was settled on Feb 8 without Treaty admitting guilt.

Obvioulsy the quote is an error, unless proof can be posted that Kramers motions were dismissed.. TIA
