It is a bear raid because the Bears are in control at the moment. For every sell there is a buy whether or not it is based on fundamentals, technicals, legitimate news or a pump and dump scheme.
I have been long for years and $EPGL is still here despite cries of triple zeros all along the way. In the meantime, they are now working on their fourth patent and a buyout orchestrated by a major Law Firm in addition to the attention of huge blue chip companies.
