The float is now around 200m. They are un-restricting them faster than they can be sold. Those shares could have been 1 year restricted 12 months ago and coming off. If you look at their preferred shares offering it's just a matter of time before common shares couldn't fund them and the ponzi runs dry unless they actually bring some value.
