Starting with the horizon of the last five calendar years if you like we have been making lower lows and lower highs for the most part with the exception of the low in 2013 and in fact the weekly 200 SMA hit a high of .0444 in March of this year and for the first time stared to decline. Today it sits at .0420.

2013 ; High .1050 Low .0056

2014 : High .0900 Low .0212

2015 : High .0750 Low .0200

2016 : High .0600 Low .0170

2017 : High .0390 Low .0141 (YTD)
